About Martin Lacharité

Martin has been director of physical activity development and training at Nautilus Plus for many years and has accumulated a wealth of experience in sports training and fitness. He concentrated his studies in exercise physiology, training principles and methods, and periodisation. Martin is co-author of many training manuals on physical conditioning, nutrition, and general health. An avid cyclist and former athlete, he specialized in endurance sports. Martin is also consultant for various TV shows and an expert in implementing new products and services in the physical activity field.
