In August 2012, the adventure officially began for the 39 I’m Taking Charge 2 Challenge contestants. Just as in the highly successful first edition of our challenge, the objective was to realize the best physical transformation. During a 3-month period, the contestants were supported by a team of personal trainers and nutritionists, and they followed Nautilus Plus’s GOLD Transform program.

Each contestant was representing one of the 39 Nautilus Plus clubs and made the commitment to work out at least 5 times a week, to attend meetings with their personal trainer and nutritionist, and most of all, to apply their sound advice.

At the end of the 3 months, only the 12 best physical transformations were chosen as finalists (6 men and 6 women). Winners were determined according to the votes of the public and the marks given by the members of the Nautilus Plus jury.
